Business Development Executive

The business development executive will help us expand our clientele. He/She should be an effective communicator and have dedication to create and apply efficient sales strategy.      

Must know how to guide cross-functional teams, effectively communicate to technical and non-technical audiences, and create value for a variety of stakeholders including customers and partners, while generating new revenue and sales opportunities. 


  • Provide consultative and strategic guidance for customers with the different AI services Senti is offering.
  • Develop growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Develop joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies with solution partners and marketing teams to increase new colocation leads and broaden revenue opportunities.
  • Participate in technical and industry thought leadership events to increase awareness of Senti AI products and services, and to generate new sales opportunities
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to continuously analyze evolving customer requirements and market trends to ensure Senti is well positioned to solve for current and future demands

Skills and Requirements

  • Proficient in cross-functional collaboration with exceptional written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Adept at developing and executing action oriented account plans that achieve desired outcomes with customers or partners
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Ability to identify unrealized customer requirements to drive new and incremental revenue opportunities
  • Proficient in developing sales engagement framework that ensures solution development is structured as an integral part of the sales process
  • Effective pipeline management to achieve opportunity velocity and closed-won rate
  • Knowledge and Experience
  • 1-2 years  solutions selling experience in the high-tech industry
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and qualified opportunities through solution selling
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology or any related fields.
