Senti AI has gained another industry and solution expertise, as well as its first product and technology expertise

Google Cloud has recognized Senti AI’s expertise in Retail & Wholesale industry as well as in deploying Document AI solutions.

The Philippine AI company also acquired a product and technology expertise in Google Cloud ML and ML APIs.

The recognition comes after the publication of the SM Supermalls customer success story — the first of many Document AI projects the company has worked on. Senti AI helped one of the biggest mall developers in the Philippines to improve the internal processing of their mall tenants’ BIR 2307 forms.

Senti AI integrated Document AI in the special portal used by SM’s accounting department to process the tax forms. The solution reduced processing by 67% and done away with paper submissions for tenants.

Prior to gaining three expertise, Senti AI bagged two industry and one solution expertise for a conversational AI project with the National Telehealth Center.
